Scroll down the list on the left until you find Adobe Flash; select, then to the right, decide whether you want behaviour on, off or ask by default & for any specific sites. Full instructions at Adobe: Enable for Safari. Mozilla does not make or maintain any of the Plugins from Adobe. Past versions of Adobe Acrobat and Reader for Windows and Macintosh are indeed affect by critical vulnerabilities. But they say it's because FireFox is not up to date for this OS. So if you updated FF, then I could update the 'vulnerable' Adobe.
